Bjørn-Terje Bandlien er førsteamanuensis i musikk ved NTNU, Institutt for lærerutdanning. Han har bakgrunn som grunnskolelærer, og forsker særlig på digitalteknologisk musikkdidaktikk og andre former for elevaktive, kreative og danningsrelaterte musikklæringsformer, samt på kulturskolens samarbeid med grunnskolen.

Lilli Mittner er førsteamanuensis ved Senter for kvinne- og kjønnsforskning ved UiT Norges arktiske universitet. Hun er spesielt interessert i feministiske teorier og hvordan de knyttes til kulturell overføring, utdanning, likestilling, bærekraft, demens og miljøspørsmål.

Morten Sæther er førstelektor ved seksjon for musikk ved Dronning Mauds Minne Høgskole. I tillegg har han utdanning innen spesialpedagogikk og drama. Han har skrevet flere bøker om musikk og pedagogikk. Sæther har holdt en rekke kurs for ansatte i skole og barnehage og har hatt innlegg på konferanser i inn- og utland. Han har i mange år vært engasjert i barnehageutvikling og utdanningsprosjekter i det sørlige Afrika. I tillegg til lang undervisningserfaring ved DMMH, har han erfaring fra kulturskole og barneskole og fra frivillig musikkliv i Trondheim.

Elin Angelo er professor i musikkpedagogikk ved NTNU (Institutt for musikk/ Institutt for lærerutdanning) og var fra 2021–2024 professor II ved Nord universitet (fakultet for lærerutdanning og kunst- og kulturfag). Hennes forskning dreier seg særlig om musikkundervisning og kulturskoleutvikling.

Luca Nielsen Jenssen is a musician and a bachelor’s student in music pedagogy at Nord University. His research focuses on stretching the rules in music genres, as well as push the limits of gender norms in today’s music education.

Roy A. Waade er førstelektor, med doktorgrad på emnet «Soundpainting som kompositorisk-improvisatorisk verktøy». Waade har tidligere vært musikklærer både i grunnskolen, kulturskolen, videregående skole og i folkehøgskolen. Han er dessuten aktiv som både musiker, arrangør, komponist og dirigent for bl.a. fusionband, kor og storband. Han har flere Rikskonsert-turneer og flere plateutgivelser bak seg og har også vært gjesteforeleser i samspill og improvisasjon i utlandet.

Hanne Bæverfjord is an assistant professor in music at Queen Maud’s University College for Early Childhood Education. She is a choral conductor. She has composed and arranged choral music commissioned and performed both nationally and internationally. Michael Francis Duch er professor i kontrabass og nestleder forskning ved institutt for musikk, NTNU, hvor han forsker på jazz, improvisasjon og eksperimentell musikk. Han har medvirket på om lag 80 utgivelser i ulike format hvor flere av de er soloplater med musikk av blant andre Michael Pisaro-Liu og Lene Grenager. Duch sitter i redaksjonskomitéen for VIS - Nordic Journal for Artistic Research.

Solveig Salthammer Kolaas er førstelektor med PhD i musikk ved Nord universitet Levanger, Fakultet for lærerutdanning og kunst og kulturfag. Hennes interesseområder innen forskning er musikk og utdanning; musikkteater, samkunstlig arbeid og narrativ og kunstbasert forskning- og forskningsformidling. Ninni Anita Rotmo Olsen er universitetslektor i Kunst og Håndverk. Hun arbeider med digital bildebehandling knyttet til fag, fototeknikk og redigeringsverktøy og praktisk bruk av programmer og applikasjoner i sammenheng med visuelt/auditivt uttrykk i for- og etterarbeid med studenter. Hun er billedkunstner med en rekke utstillinger, og er bl.a. innkjøpt av Henie Onstad Kunstsenter og Trondheim kommune.

Ronald Kibirige (PhD) er musikk- og danselærer, forsker, utøver og musikkhåndverker. Han er førsteamanuensis i kunstutdanning ved Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet (NTNU). Hans forskningsinteresser er å utforske tverrfaglige formelle og uformelle pedagogiske tilnærminger for musikk-, danse- og dans-musikk kunstutdanning, og ser derfor på dansing, musisering og dans-musisering som sosial-artistiske og sosialt situerte samfunnskulturelle spesifikke prosesser for å vite og gjøre.

Hilde Synnøve Blix er professor i hørelære og musikkdidaktikk ved UiT Norges arktiske universitet, Musikkonservatoriet. Hennes forskningsinteresser er blant annet gehørutvikling, musikkliteracy og læremidler, i tillegg til kjønnsforskning og likestillingsforskning. Hun har ledet flere forskningsprosjekter, og har publisert en rekke forskningsartikler og bøker nasjonalt og internasjonalt med tematikk som spenner fra gehørundervisning og notedidaktikk til likestilling og kunstnerisk utviklingsarbeid. Hun er leder for forskningsgruppen InOvation ved UiT og FoU-leder ved Musikkonservatoriet.
