Tatt av ras

The first story about these twelve-year-old lads came out in 1998. Now the narrator Arne, the rough Bønna, careful Petter and oddball Eivind are back. The lads test the boundaries of right and wrong, friendship and loyalty.

This time, Arne is having trouble on the love front. He is together with Faisa, but has snogged Kathinka. Now Faisa has found out.

They are also going on a skiing day trip with school, and the lads head off to Storefjell. They take a forest track they are not supposed to and then things get like they always do: messed up.

A TV version of Gutta Boys was made and shown on NRK, most recently in spring 2011.

Axel Hellstenius er født i 1960 og bor i Oslo med sin kone og deres to barn. Han har tidligere skrevet barnebøker og manus til opera, spillefilmer og TV-serier, samt scenedramatikk til bl.a. ”Elling”.
